A commissioner nominee of Osun state governor Rauf Aregbesola, Idiat Babalola, was chased out of the burial of late senator Isiaka Adeleke.

Babalola was chased out by supporters of the late former governor, who believe he was poisoned by people within the leadership of the All Progressive Congress.

Babalola was seated amongst Governors Ibikunle Amosun, Rotimi Akeredolu, Prince Olagunsoye Oyinlola and the deceased’s younger brother, Deji Adeleke.

This however didn’t stop the irate youths from shaking and collapsing the canopy above them, and they threw sticks and fruits at her as she left.

An autopsy has already been carried out on Adeleke’s body at the Ladoke Akintola University Teaching Hospital.

Rumors of his poisoning have already sparked riots and protests in the state.
