The latest installment in the Fast & Furious series, Fate Of The Furious, has set a new record for best opening ever.
It broke the record set by Star Wars: The Force Awakens in December 2015, making an amazing $532.5 million in just 3 days.
The Force Awakens had made $529 million in its opening weekend.
It made over $100 million in the United States, and an amazing $190 million in China as it stormed its way to the amazing record.
The $432.3 million it made overseas also set a new international record, breaking a record set by Jurassic World in 2015.
Fate Of The Furious is the eight film in the series, with Universal Pictures sure to release at least two more movies in 2019 and 2021 respectively.
