Kiss Daniel rubbishes G-Worldwide’s claims in legal statement

Superstar singer Kiss Daniel has hit back at claims by former label G-Worldwide Entertainment, for saying he didn’t have the right to perform or use his name.

The label had released a press release earlier today, announcing that they were suing the Yeba hit singer for breach of contract.

Kiss Daniel, who is represented by L&A Legal Consultants, released a statement denying all of the label’s claims.

According to their statement, the Federal High Court in Lagos has denied the label’s application for an injunction preventing him for performing or recording with the name.

Kiss Daniel, who signed with G-Worldwide in 2013, floated his own label, Flyboy INC. recently. According to the legal release, he formally terminated his contract on the 30th of October, by the book.
