Rapper Olamide has drawn criticism for the inclusion of artiste Yomi SARS in the line-up at his Olamide Live In Lagos concert.
Yomi SARS, who is actually a policeman with the Special Anti Robbery Squad, has been fingered as a bad egg in the unit amidst calls on social media to end it.
When it surfaced that he’d be performing at the event, many took to social media to criticize Olamide and the decision, with some even announcing a boycott of the show.
So Olamide is giving Yomi SARS a platform to perform at OLIC 4.
It’s one thing to be ignorant & not understand consequences of your actions. It’s another thing to be aware of it but completely detached from the reality that’s going on around you.
Zero emotional intelligence.

Olamide has lost value to me for giving Yomi SARS the platform to perform at OLIC 4.
Performing to the same youths you chase around, accusing them of being fraudsters.
This is an insult & it won’t be accepted.

Your MCM invited a notorious policeman to perform at his concert. He’s not the Voice of the Streets. He’s a deaf man.

It is an insult on the collective intelligence of Nigerian youths for Olamide @olamide_YBNL to invite Yomi SARS who openly defended his fellow Federal criminals (SARS) who has been brutalizing & extorting Nigerian youths to his #OLIC4, if I were you I will #BoycottOLIC4 #EndSARS
