Kanye West visits Donald Trump

Days after leaving the hospital over exhaustion and a reported mental breakdown, rapper Kanye West paid a visit to US-President Elect Donald Trump.

Kanye had made his first appearance following his release at an art exhibit over the weekend. Now feeling obviously better, he paid a visit to the man he’d openly endorsed at the start of his breakdown.

“I told y’all I didn’t vote, right?” Kanye had said weeks back at a concert. “But if I would’ve voted, I would’ve voted for Trump.”

He spent 40 minutes meeting with Trump at his Trump Tower, and the duo returned to the lobby together, posing for the camera. When asked what they had discussed, Trump simply stated: “Life.”

“Just friends, just friends. He’s a good man. Long time. Friends for a long time,” Trump added.

West, who was without wife Kim Kardashian, refused to answer questions on if he still planned to run for presidency in 2020. “I’m just here to take a picture right now,” he said.”You take care of yourself, I’ll see you soon,” Trump told West in response.

Many reports have suggested that Trump is hoping Kanye would perform at his inauguration ceremony next year.
