2019 Presidential aspirant Kingsley Moghalu has revealed that his anger at the current situation in Nigeria is what pushed him to declare for presidency.

Moghalu, a former deputy president of the Central Bank of Nigeria, stated this in an appearance on Seriously Speaking with Adesuwa Onyenokwe.

He told Onyenokwe that he was surprised to find himself contesting for presidency, and that the only reason why he was doing it was because he was fed up and angry of the country’s situation.

He also clarified that he didn’t want to rule Nigeria, but lead Nigeria.

He said: “I don’t want to rule Nigeria; Nigeria is currently being ruled and that’s why we are poor. I want to lead Nigeria. There is a big difference between leading and ruling.”

“Ruling is arrogant. It looks down on those that are led. Leading is togetherness.”
