The home-based Super Eagles have progressed to the semi finals of the ongoing Cup of Home-based African Nations.
The team came from behind to record a 2-1 victory after extra time over Angola.
The East African side took the lead in the 55th minute, and seemed to be running away with the game until Anthony Okpotu equalized for Nigeria in the 91st minute.
Gabriel Okechukwu added another in the extra time that followed, and the Eagles hung on to a hard fought victory.
The team will now face Sudan in the semi-finals.
