HMD Global has finally unveiled Nokia’s first Android offering, the Nokia 6.
The Nokia 6 was launched in China, and costs CNY 1699 (NGN 78,000). It is expected to be released in other countries as 2017 moves on.
The Nokia 6 is the first Nokia branded phone to run an Android OS, after the company’s failed partnerships with Symbian and Windows operating systems. It runs on the latest Android OS, Nougat 7.0.

It has a 5.5 inch screen that comes with a full HD display. It’s powered by 4GB of RAM and an 8-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 processor. There is 64GB of internal storage, as well as space for a memory card, should you wish to expand.
It has an 8MP front facing camera, and a 16MP rear camera. The Nokia 6 supports 4G technology, and also has finger print connectivity on its front home button. It also has a 3000 mAh battery.
HMD reportedly has big plans for Nokia according to Gadgets Now, and this might be the first of 5 Nokia smartphones to drop this year.
